Comments: J.Kun, originally from Czechoslovakia moved to Canada in 1968 and died there in 1996. Kun has won many awards for his work as well as co-authoring "The Art of Bow Making" with Joseph Rech. Kun is also credited with training Reid Hudson in the 1970s who is now a sucessful in-demand Bow maker in Canada. This Bow of beautiful figured Pernambucco has a Silver Tip with a Bone slide (replacing the fragile Pearl) bordered in Silver. The Silver Heel just behind the Slide runs down the Frog and is inlaid into the Ebony. Truly a magnificant individual Bow for a top professional player.
