| Comments: This is a very old unstamped French
Bow with a Low Frog. It is fairly light yet stays on the String when
playing and has a very smooth dark sound. Recently this Bow was sent to Sue Lipkins for re-hair and evaluation and commented after examining the Bow the work looked to be of the Mirecourt School and not German as previously thought. This is a great Bow for any style of playing.
Note: There is some slight wear/damage to the lower rear face of the Frog which does not hinder it's use. |
