Ken Smith original proprietary parts were designed by Ken Smith and his engineers for the making of the Smith Bass. For over 20 years other custom builders and individuals have purchased these parts for building and modification of their own instruments.

Our parts do not fit every existing Bass on the market nor were they intended to, as they were originally made for Smith Basses. For this reason, we ask you to check the dimensions of your Bass as well as your string spacing and electronic compatibility in regards to ordering our parts. If you have specific questions that are not answered on our website, please feel free to email us for a timely response to your question.
